MARY ELLEN MERRYMAN
Former Marin resident
A funeral Mass for Mary Ellen Merryman, a former San Rafael resident, will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Mission Arcangel in San Rafael.
She died April 23 at a convalescent hospital in La Mesa of a lung illness. She was 77.
Born in Sioux City, Iowa, she lived in Baja and later resided in San Rafael for 45 years. She was a homemaker who belonged to the Catholic Social Service, the Children’s Home Society and St. Raphael’s Church in San Rafael.
She is survived by a son, Spencer Merryman of San Rafael; a daughter, Memo Orlandi of Sebastopol; and three granddaughters.
