STUART – In San Rafael, Nov. 13, 1973, Fidarma Ann Stuart, mother of Norman Albert Stuart Jr. and Marcia Stuart, sister of Louis Rossi, grandmother of Bruce and Richard Stuart, friend of Marie and Lloyd Bruce. A native of San Rafael, Calif., age 51.
