Mrs. Lineberger
Mrs. Florence Hite Lineberger, a Mill Valley resident for about 12 years before she moved in 1960 to Lutherville, Md., died Wednesday in a Maryland rest home after a long illness.
Mrs. Lineberger was the widow of Walter Franklin Lineberger, who was a congressman from California's Ninth District in Los Angeles County. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and of the Triple C of Mill Valley Community Church. She was born in Lancaster, Ohio.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Gryffyd Patridge of Mill Valley; Mrs. Archibald M. Hart of Ruxton, Md., and Mrs. Peter Macdonald of Washington, D.C.; a son,Walter F. Lineberger Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be in Towson, Md., with burial Monday in Santa Barbara.
