POLACHI – In San Rafael, July 17, 1994, Rose M. Polachi, wife of the late Joseph Polachi of San Rafael, mother of Jim Polachi of San Rafael, grandmother of James W., Ann M. and Nancy Polachi, great-grandmother of Andrew J. Polachi. A native of Switzerland, aged 84 years.

Friends are invited to attend the funeral at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 1994, from Keaton’s Mortuary, thence to St. Raphael’s Church, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Interment, Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. Vigil service will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Friends may call for visitation after 9 a.m. Wednesday. Memorial contributions preferred to the Arthritis Foundations.
