JAMES O. PEARSON

James O. Pearson of Novato died unexpectedly Tuesday at Novato Community Hospital. He was 42.

Mr. Pearson, a native of Chicago, had lived in Novato for four years.

For four years he served in the Navy. He was past president of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1119.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Myers Pearson of Novato; a son, Timothy Pearson of Fairfax; two daughters, Stephannie and Suzanne Pearson, both of Fairfax; and one brother, Fort Pearson of Vacaville.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin in Novato. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Burial will be private. The family prefers contributions to a favorite charity.
