SONNENBERG – In Larkspur, Jan. 6, 1980, Dorothea M. Sonnenberg, wife of Otto J. Sonnenberg; mother of Myra Preston and Ellen Spaethling; grandmother of Wendy Graces, Liri and Lisa Preston, Christine Kim and Dominic Spaethling. A native of San Francisco, Calif., aged 83 years.
Private family services were held Tuesday at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael. Entombment, Mont Tamalpais Cemetery. Memorial contributions preferred to Planned Parenthood, 20 H St., San Rafael, or your favorite charity.

DOROTHEA SONNENBERG
Private funeral has been held in San Rafael for Dorothea M. Sonnenberg, longtime Larkspur music teacher.
Mrs. Sonnenberg, 83, died Sunday at a local hospital.
She was born in San Francisco and lived in Larkspur for 45 years, teaching piano to several generations of Marin youngsters.
She was a founding member of the Marin Music Study Club and was a member of the Music Teachers Association.
Mrs. Sonnenberg retired in about 1970.
