ROBERT O. MOORE

A memorial service for Robert O. Moore of Fairfax, a retired probation officer, will be held at 6 p.m. June 29 at the Unitarian Church in San Rafael.

Mr. Moore, 60, died Wednesday at Kaiser Hospital in San Rafael.

He was born in Tulsa, Okla. And moved to California as a young man. He had lived in Marin County since 1961, except for a few years he spent in Sonoma County.

He worked for the Marin County Probation Department as a deputy probation officer until his retirement in 1984.

He is survived by a daughter, Erin Moore of San Francisco; a son, Matt Moore of Penngrove; his mother, Mryl Moore of Playa del Rey; and a brother, Dave Moore of Palm Springs.
