Elna A. Wallmark
A funeral for Elna A. Wallmark, a longtime Petaluma resident, was held today in Petaluma.
Mrs. Wallmark died Thursday at a local hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 79.
A native of Sweden, she settled in Petaluma 54 years ago. Mrs. Wallmark later moved to San Francisco but had returned to Petaluma in 1966.
She was a member of the Neighborhood Church of Petaluma and a life member of Bethel Temple of San Francisco.
She is survived by her husband, Sigurd Wallmark of Petaluma; a daughter, Gertrude "Trudie" Wallmark of Millbrae; a sister, Maria Lunberg of Sweden; two brothers, Gus Christianson of Oakland and Emil Christianson of Alameda; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Cypress Hill Memorial Park.
