Carroll and Victor Lund, who were in San Rafael to attend the funeral of their father, E. C. Lund, last week, have returned to their posts of duty. Carroll left Sunday evening for Oxnard, and Victor returned to San Pedro, where he is stationed with the U.S.N. He expects to go to sea before he obtains his discharge.

Notice is hereby given that Friday, the 31st day of January, 1919, at 10:30 o’clock A.M. of said day, at the court Room of said Court, at the Court House in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, has been appointed as the time and place for proving the Will of said Elias C. Lund, deceased, and for hearing the application of Johanna C. Lund for the issuance to her of Letters testamentary thereon.
