CAROLINE LoBUE
Petaluma - Caroline LoBue, a 10-year Petaluma resident, died Thursday at a Santa Rosa hospital after a lengthy illness. She was 75.
Mrs. LoBue was born in San Francisco and lived there until moving to Petaluma in 1970 when her husband, Mario LoBue, retired as a butcher.
Mrs. LoBue was a homemaker and a member of St. James Catholic Church, Petaluma.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Rosalie Prouix of Petaluma; a son, Anthony LoBue of Santa Rosa; five brothers, Tony and James Marsala of South San Francisco, Frank and Vince Marsala of San Rafael and Louis Marsala of Burlingame; three sisters, Frances Laura and Bertha Marsala of South San Francisco and Anna Ferrando of San Mateo; and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said Monday at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Petaluma. Recitation of the rosary will be Sunday at 8 p.m. at the Parent Funeral Chapel.
Intombment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma. The family prefers contributions be made to St. Jude Thaddeus, in care of the Dominican Fathers, 2390 Bush St., San Francisco, 94115.
