ROBERT L. LEAMING

Robert Lewis Leaming, 55, of Sausalito, was found dead last evening in his apartment at 206 Caledonia Street. He apparently died of natural causes, according to the county coroner’s office.

A neighbor became concerned when Leaming failed to answer the door, and through a window saw him lying on the floor of his living room. When police entered the apartment they found it overheated almost to 100 degrees.

Friends reported Leaming had a history of high blood pressure and had been depressed since losing his job as an advertising salesman for the Daily Pacific Builder in San Francisco.

He was not known to have any immediate relatives.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Russell and Gooch Mortuary, Mill Valley.
