MRS. HARTZOOK
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Mrs. Katherine Hartzook, 95, of Bakersfield, a former resident of Mill Valley, at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at St. Raphael’s Church.
Mrs. Hartzook died in Bakersfield Friday after a short illness. She was the widow of Charles Hartzook, a rancher in the Mother Lode area.
A native of Sonora, Tuolumne County, she spent her life in California. She had lived in Mill Valley for several years with her late daughter, Marjorie Gill, until five years ago when she moved to Bakersfield.
Surviving are two sons, Harry F. Hartzook, Bakersfield, and Herbert J. Hartzook, Porterville, Tulare County, and two granddaughters.
Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at the Keaton Chapel in San Rafael. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she had six great-grandchildren; she was a member of the Women of the Woodcraft, Stockton Lodge.
