MILDRED C. SAMPIERE

A prayer service for Mildred Carmela Sampiere, mother of Eugene N. Sampiere of San Rafael, will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael.

Mrs. Sampiere, 77, died Sunday at a local convalescent home, where she had been a patient for about a year.

She was born in Sicily and lived most of her life in Daly City.

Her husband, Blazius Sampiere, died earlier.

In addition to her son, she is survived by three grandchildren.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.
