QUADROS, Frank A. – In San Francisco, Oct. 15, 1985, dearly beloved husband of Loretta Quadros; devoted father of Robert, Kenneth and Frank Quadros, Jr.; beloved grandfather of Lisa Jackson, Robert, Brian and Lauri Quadros; loving brother of Alice Stevenson and uncle of several nieces and nephews; loving father-in-law of Frances, Gloria and Carol Quadros; a Member of Sunset Post #400, American Legion, Sea Point Parlor, N.S.G.W., Cabrillo Civic Club 1, Local #848, Carpenter’s Union; Founder and Chief Judge, National Assn. of Parade and Contest Judges; a native of Sausalito; aged 86 years.
