Heart Attack Fatal For Novatoan At M.I. Navy Yard
Stricken without warning with a violent heart attack while working at Mare Island Navy Yard yesterday, DAN HORN of Novato died almost instantly. He was 59 years of age, a native of Alexandria, MO, and had resided in Novato for the past four years.
Surviving are his widow Luddie, 3 sons; John, Joe and Lester HORN, and 4 daughters; Mrs. Elbert BRANCH, Mrs. James BROWN, Mrs. William DANKER, and Miss Dorothy HORN. There are also 6 grandchildren, a brother and 3 sisters.
The body is to be taken east from Vallejo to Fort Madison, IA, for funeral services and burial.
