Mrs. Theresa Silling Smith, wife of Wm. J. Smith of Ross, died at her home last Friday. A requiem high mass was said at St. Anselm’s church, and interment was under the direction of Sawyer Company, at Tamalpais cemetery. She was a sister of Mrs. Jos. Johnston, Mrs. Anna L. Schmitz, Margaret Mechan, Mrs. Katherine Kelly, Mrs. Ellen Purcell and L. W. McLaughlin. She was a native of Ireland.
