WANDA EISLER
The funeral service for Wanda Arnold Eisler, a former resident of Greenbrae, has bee held in Israel.
Mrs. Eisler, a retired teacher, died Monday in Israel.
She was the widow of Arthur Eisler, a pianist who was well known in Marin.
Mrs. Eisler was born in Springfield, Ill. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin and taught high school and elementary school before moving to the West Coast in 1947.
In Marin she taught at Tamalpais High School.
Mrs. Eisler had been a resident of Mill Valley for many years and then lived in Greenbrae until about two years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Wendy Eisler-Kashy of Israel; a son, Charles Eisler of Los Angeles; and a brother, O. W. Arnold of Milwaukee.
