MRS. BENNETT
Funeral for Florence May Bennett, a 22-year resident of Marin County, will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo.
Mrs. Bennett, 79, of 242 Flamingo Drive, Mill Valley, died Friday in a local hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of the late George E. Bennett.
A native of Alberta, Canada, Mrs. Bennett was a long-time resident of San Anselmo before moving to Mill Valley. She was active in the Marin Senior Citizens.
She is survived by a son, Frank Bennett of Mill Valley; a brother, John D. Alexander of Oakland; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Palmer of San Jose, and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
