BARBARA BENEDICT
Barbara Benedict of Inverness died unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 13, 1988, at Marin General Hospital. She was 64.
Mrs. Benedict was born and raised in San Francisco. She lived in Martinez before moving to Inverness in 1981.
She was a homemaker and active in the Tomales Bay Library Association. In Martinez, she had been active in the League of Women Voters.
Survivors are her husband, Howard Benedict of Inverness; two sons, Charles Benedict of Alameda and Christopher Benedict of London; a daughter, Christina Daily of Roseburg, Ore.; and seven grandchildren.
The family prefers memorial gifts to the Tomales Bay Library Association.
No service is planned. Her family will scatter her ashes at sea.
