MRS. DUFFY
A private funeral and burial have been held for Grace Melissa Duffy, mother of Carolyn Fereira of San Rafael, who died unexpectedly last Wednesday at her home in San Mateo County.
Mrs. Duffy, 58, was born in Napa and lived most of her life in Burlingame. She had been employed by the Salvation Army for seven years and had also been a member of the Los Angeles League for Crippled Children.
She also is survived by a son, John Duffy of San Francisco, and a sister, Mrs. Benjamin Nichols of Daly City.
