ADOLPH SPATER
Private funeral for Adolph Spater of San Rafael was held yesterday at Sinai Memorial Chapel in San Francisco. Spater, 73, died Thursday in a local hospital following a brief illness.
A native of Bucharest, Romania, he came to San Francisco in 1945. He had lived in Marin County for two years and resided at 328 Mount Shasta Drive.
He was a retired jeweler and owner of a jewelry store in San Francisco.
Spater is survived by a son, Don E. Spater of San Francisco, two sisters in Israel and Rumania and three grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Eternal Home Cemetery, Colma.
