Benita V. Osterlund
Novato Resident
Memorial services for Benita Viola Osterlund of Novato will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Novato.
She died on July 24 in Novato. She was 42.
She was born in Lidkoping, Sweden. She attended San Francisco City College and was late a volunteer for the Novato Human Needs Center and the Crisis Pregnancy Center.
She collected dolls and bells and enjoyed doing Bible research. She was also a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and attended Bible study at The Church of the Open Door.
She is survived by her parents, Rakel and Pehr Osterlund of Novato; a sister, Bernella Lehhart of Novato; and a brother Ben Osterlund of Daly City.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Memorial Fund, 1180 Novato Blvd., Novato, 94947.
