McDONELL – In San Rafael Nov. 21, 1979, William J. McDonell, devoted husband of Edna E. McDonell of San Rafael, devoted father of Jeanette Jackson of Rohnert Park and Joyce Boicelli of San Rafael, brother of Steve McDonell of Iowa. Also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A native of Iowa, aged 73.
