BASEL IMHOF
Requiem Mass for Basel Imhof, 66, a Tomales ranchworker, will be offered tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Chuurch in Tomales.
A longtime resident of Marin and Sonoma counties, Imhof was found dead Wednesday, apparently from natural causes, on the Brazil Ranch near Tomales, where he had worked for 18 years.
He was a native of Switzerland and had lived in California since 1020 (sic). He had been a dairyman for most of his working life.
He was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Tomales. He is believed to be survived by relatives in Switzerland.
Rosary will be recited 8 p.m. today at the Sorenson Funeral Home in Petaluma. Entombment will be in Tomales Catholic Cemetery.
