PETER E. GIAMBASTIANI
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Peter E. Giambastiani, 35, of Forest Knolls, at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. Raphael’s Church, San Rafael.
Giambastiani died Sunday at a San Francisco hospital after a long illness.
He was a native of San Rafael and a lifelong resident of Marin.
Surviving are his father, Peter Giambastiani of Forest Knolls; a sister, Donna Marie Rodgers of Sacramento; and a brother, John Louis Giambastiani of Seattle, Wash.
Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Thursday at Williams and Heffernan Mortuary, San Rafael. The family prefers memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Sociey.
