Mrs. Fred Smith Passes Away
Mrs. DOLLIE SMITH, 34, a resident of Fairfax for a numbr of years, passed away at Ross General Hospital, Wednesday evening, December 5, 1928.
Mrs. SMITH had been ill for some time, but was seized with a sudden heart attack Wednesday afternoon and was rushed to the hospital where she passed away later that day.
A native of San Francisco, Mrs. SMITH is survived by her husband, Fred A. SMITH, her daughter Betty NELSON, her father Harry W. BROOK, and a brother Harry R. BROOK, of San Francisco.
Many friends attended the funeral services which were held from the parlors of Joseph Hagan of San Francisco, Monday morning, December 10th. A requiem mass was celebrated at ST. Brigid's Church, Van Ness Avenue at Broadway.
The interment was at Holy Cross Cemetery.
The deceased's husband, F.A. SMITH, is a well known and popular Marin County radio dealer and the sympathy of the entire community went out to him in his sudden bereavement.
