Mrs. A. PORTEOUS Passes Away
Mrs. ANNIE PORTEOUS, 64, a resident of Fairfax for the past 15 years, died Saturday afternoon after a prolonged illness.
Mrs. PORTEOUS is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Maude MILLER and Miss Marie PORTEOUS; and 5 sons; Frederick J., Charles R., William F., Edward J. and Thomas J. PORTEOUS.
The deceased was a member of the Fairfax Woman's Club, St. Rita's Guild, Marinita Parlor, N.D.G.W., and Woodwardia Circle, Neighbors of Woodcraft.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Rita's Church.
