Aged Larkspur Woman Passes Away Wednesday
Mrs. PAULINE ROWEDEN, 93 year old mother of Mrs. Lena BATES and Mrs. T. TODSEN, passed away on Wednesday night, at 10 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lena BATES on Millard Avenue.
Mrs. ROWEDEN, or "Grandma" ROWEDEN, as she was commonly known, took seriously ill this week, from an attack of the flu, which greatly weakened her heart. Dr. Harry Hund of San Rafael, was in attendance and reported Mrs. ROWEDEN to be recuperating on Tuesday. On Wednesday she took a turn for the worse and passed away that night.
The remains were taken to the Mary Eden Undertaking Parlors at San Rafael. Services will be held on Friday, March 15, at 1:30.
