JACOB B. BLOKKER
Retired CPA
Jacob B. Blokker of Novato, a retired certified public accountant, died July 11 at Rafael Convalescent Hospital. He was 77.
Mr. Blokker was born in the Netherlands. He lived in San Francisco and in Novato for 16 years.
He served in the Dutch Navy.
Mr. Blokker is survived by his brother, John Blokker of Woodside, and several nieces and nephews. His wife, Mary, died in 1975.
A chapel service is set for 2 p.m. tomorrow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
