FRED REES
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin for Fred Rees who died Sunday at Novato Community Hospital following a short illness. He was 80.
A native of New York, he was a retired electrician and had worked for the Bechtel Corporation. He made his home at 172 San Carlos Way.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia E. Rees, of Novato; two daughters, Virginia Shamel, of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Mrs. Ray Morgan, of Fort Smith, Arkansas; a sister, Margaret Rees, of Toronto; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at Keaton’s Chapel after 10 a.m. Friday and recitation of the Rosary will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday at the Chapel.
Burial will be at Bahia Valley Memorial Park.
