MATHILDE E. KILPATRICK
Mathilde E. Kilpatrick, 87, of San Rafael, died Wednesday in a local convalescent hospital after an illness.
She was a teacher in her native Michigan before moving to Marin many years ago.
She was a member of Sunny Hills, the Tamalpais and Fairfax women’s clubs and the Marin Art and Garden Center.
She is survived by two sons, James A. Kilpatrick of Fresno and John N. Kilpatrick of Redding; a sister, Ruth O’Brien of Michigan; and two (sic) grandchildren. She was the widow of Alvin P. Kilpatrick.
At the request of her family, no funeral was held. Inurnment was private. Her family asked that memorial gifts (sic) to Sunny Hills Bargain Box,607 Irwin St., San Rafael 94901.

A Death Notice in the same paper mentions that she was the grandmother of Kathy Ullman of Fresno and Bruce and Elissa Kilpatrick of Redding.
