ROBERT NELDER
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael for Robert Nelder, 80, of San Rafael.
Mr. Nelder, a retired engineer, died Friday at Kaiser Hospital in Terra Linda.
He was a native of Illinois and lived for many years in San Francisco.
Mr. Nelder worked for 30 years as an electrical engineer for the Water Department in San Francisco.
He is survived by three brothers, William Nelder and Lee Nelder, both of Rohnert Park, and Alfred Nelder of San Francisco; and three sisters, Connie Price and Elsie Clayton, both of San Rafael, and Victoria Nelder of San Jose.
The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today at Keaton’s Mortuary. Burial will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the uncle of three nephews and six nieces, and granduncle of four grand-nephews and seven grand-nieces.
