MAURIS PACK
Funeral has been held in Pekin, Ill. for former Marin resident Mauris Pack who died January 10 at the age of 55.
Born in Texas, he came to live in San Rafael in 1946 following discharge from the Air Force.
He was a member of the International Sheet Metal Workers Union for 30 years and belonged to the Loyal Order of the Moose. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Donice Pack and five stepchildren of Pekin; his mother, Mrs. Verda Pack of Novato; and two brothers, James Pack of Novato and Glenn Pack of Portland, Ore.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Claudia Knepshield and Juanita Brainerd.
Interment was in Illinois.
