DONALD S. McROBERTS
Donald S. McRoberts, a truck driver who lived in Novato, died Saturday in an Idaho traffic accident. He was 56.
McRoberts was driving alone near Homedale, Ida. when he failed to make a curve and went off the road in his automobile. He had been driving from Novato to visit his stepfather, Reilly Sharp, in Idaho.
A native of Wyoming, he has lived in Novato since 1965 when he moved from San Rafael where he lived for many years.
He was a truck driver for Post Transportation in Richmond, Ca.
He is survived by his wife, Louella McRoberts of Novato; three sons, Rex McRoberts of Idaho, Gary McRoberts of San Bernadino and Joe McRoberts of Oklahoma; and two daughters, Susan Stenvers of Sonoma and Carol Stone of Novato; one brother, Jack McRoberts of Idaho; three sisters; his mother, Elizabeth Sharp of Idaho; and four grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin in Novato.
