MARIAN H. MOSS
A funeral for Marian H. Moss, a former longtime resident of Kentfield, will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Oak Hill Funeral Home in San Jose.
Mrs. Moss, 80, died Thursday in a San Jose hospital after an illness.
Born in Massachusetts, she lived as a young woman in Michigan and for some years was a dancer on the old Orpheum Circuit.
She and her husband, the late Thomas E. Moss. Moved to Marin in 1956. He was an executive with management-consultant firms and died in 1975. Mrs. Moss then moved to San Jose to be near other relatives.
She is survived by a son, Chauncey Warde of Michigan; three sisters, Alma Harrison of San Jose, Lillian Abel of Los Angeles, and Mae La Barbera of Sacramento, and a brother, Edward Kagnas of Sacramento.
Private entombment will follow in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
