MARY DeTOMASI RICKS
Graveside services for Mary DeTomasi Ricks of Visalia, a Marin native who lived in the county for many years, will be held Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. at Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno.
Mrs. Ricks died Friday in a Visalia area hospital following a lengthy illness. She was 55.
She was born in Tiburon and attended school there. She was married in 1949 to Aleck T. Ricks who died in 1950.
Mrs. Ricks lived in Marin until 1978 when she moved to Visalia. She was a member of St. Hilary’s Church in Tiburon.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her mother, Carolina DeTomasi of Visalia, and a sister, Albina “Bea” Zavattari of Visalia.
The family prefers memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
