CHARLOTTE MERCER

Charlotte Mae Mercer, 54, of San Anselmo, was pronounced dead on arrival at Marin General Hospital yesterday after she collapsed at the United Market grocery in San Anselmo.

Mrs. Mercer, of 222 Brookside Drive, had a long history of heart disease, according to Asst. Coroner Eugene R. Fontaine, who attributed death to natural causes.

Mrs. Mercer, a native of Los Angeles, had lived in Marin 23 years. She was the wife of Dudley R. Mercer, an employee of Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Co.

Funeral is pending at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael.
