PALMEIRA SCETTRINI
Palmeira Clara Scettrini of San Rafael died yesterday in a San Francisco hospital after a brief illness. She was 55.
A native and lifelong resident of San Rafael, she resided at 257 Woodland Avenue. Her husband, Henry, has owned the D and S Garage in San Rafael for more than 20 years.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Scettrini is survived by a daughter, Virginia M. Scettrini, a son, Richard H. Scettrini and a brother, Frank Pareto, all of San Rafael.
A Mass of Resurrection will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Raphael’s Church in San Rafael. Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael.
The family prefers contributions to the Leukemia Society.
