EUGENE McCARTHY
A Mass of Christian burial for Eugene D. McCarthy of Novato will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Daly City.
McCarthy died in his home Sunday following a long illness. He was 52.
A native of San Francisco, McCarthy moved to Marin County about five years ago from Daly City.
He was a dump truck driver for the O.C. Jones Construction Co. of Berkeley and a member of the Teamsters Union Local No. 216.
McCarthy is survived by his wife Barbara; his daughter, Linda McCarthy of Novato and two sisters, Peggy Stalder of San Francisco and Eileen Quigley of Corte Madera.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Duggan’s Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave. in Daly City. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today.
