FRANCIS D. RIGGIN
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin for Francis D. Riggin who died yesterday at Letterman Hospital at the age of 61.
Riggin, who resided at 729 Sun Lane, was a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Unites States Air Force. He was a native of Montana.
He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Riggin and Kathleen Pappo; a son, F. Darryl Riggin II; two sisters, Ida Thacker and Fern Morris, and a brother, Keith Riggin.
Inurnment was private.
