Mrs. Franco Dead
Mrs. Mary R. Franco, a resident of Sausalito for the past thirteen years, passed away on Tuesday from nephritis. The funeral was held under the auspices of the S.P.R.S.I. of which she was a member on Thursday. Services were held in the Catholic church and the remains were laid away in Fernwood cemetery.
The deceased was a native of the Azores Islands, aged 56 years, and was the mother of Mrs. Alvernia Bettencourt and was very highly esteemed by her many acquaintances.
The funeral was conducted by Stephen Eden of San Rafael.
