Cpl. CHAS. MIRATA
Corporal Charles Mirata, 22 year old Tiburon youth, was killed Saturday when the Army plane in which he was riding crashed near Madera.
The young soldier attended the Tamalpais high school and was employed at Marinship before joining the Air Corps.
He is the brother of Angelo Mirata and nephew of Peter De Tomasi of Tiburon.
