JACK W. BERGENDAHL
Jack W. Bergendahl, 58, of Novato, a rehabilitation counselor, died Friday at a local hospital.
Bergendahl had worked for the city and county of San Francisco for the past eight years.
He was a veteran of World War II and a native of Chicago.
Surviving are a cousin, Betty Gilford of Minnesota, and an aunt, Mrs. Howard Baker of Tampa, Fla.
The funeral service will be held at 11:15 a.m. Monday at Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno.
