Walter Muntz Dies At Home
Walter Muntz, formerly of 34 Walnut avenue, Mill Valley, died in his home at 15 G street, San Rafael, yesterday afternoon after a series of heart attacks. He was 67.
Muntz, a retired school maintenance man, moved to San Rafael a month ago. He was a Marin resident for about 40 years, having previously lived in Ione, Amador County. He was a past master of the Ione Masonic Lodge.
Survivors are his wife, Christine, two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Lawrence Furrow, Mrs. Wayne McMillen, and Charles and Walter Muntz.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Russell and Gooch Chapel, Mill Valley. Burial will be in Mountain Cemetery, Sonoma. Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. Monday.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds information: one daughter was named Laverne Furrow; he was a native of San Francisco.
