Funeral Rites for George L. Sleeper
Requiem mass was said Monday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Mill Valley, for George L. Sleeper, 58, who passed away at his home there last Friday. Interment was at Mt. Olivet cemetery, San Rafael.
Mr. Sleeper, a retired railway expressman, died of a heart attack but had been ill for a number of months. He was born in Colorado and has lived in Mill Valley for 20 years. He was a member of K. of C. Council No. 616 of San Francisco.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mabel C. Sleeper; daughter, Mrs. Helen Muckle, Mill Valley. A son-in-law, Robert Muckle, is a commercial pilot of Oregon.
