Young Girl Dies From Poison Oak
Evelyn, the twelve-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Von Bima of this city passed away at the Cottage Hospital on Monday, July 21st, from the effects of poison from poison oak.
Everything that medical skill could suggest was done to relieve the little sufferer, but her body continued to swell until she half as large again as her natural size, and on Sunday she fell into a state of coma which lasted until she peacefully passed away.
The funeral was on Wednesday from Eden’s undertaking parlors, and the interment was in Mt. Tamalpais cemetery.
