C. M. SHORTRIDGE
Funeral services for Charles M. Shortridge, 76, who died yesterday at his home, 1607 Fourth street, San Rafael, will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Harry M. Williams mortuary, San Rafael.
Shortridge was a former restaurant owner in Oregon and South Dakota. Recently he had been a painter employed by civil service. His wife, Catherine Shortridge, died three years ago. Burial is set for Mountain View cemetery, Oakland. He was a native of Kansas.
He leaves two sons, Robert of San Rafael and Dr. Maurice S. Shortridge of Sacramento; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred E. Munroe of San Francisco. Two sons preceded him in death.

A Death Notice in the same paper says that he was preceded in death by sons Charles W. and Paul D. Shortridge.
