BETTY MONSON
Betty M. Monson, about 53, was pronounced dead on arrival at Marin General Hospital at 11 a.m. yesterday, after her daughter found her unconscious on a couch in her apartment at 848 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael.
The Marin County coroner’s office said the daughter, Mollie Hulley of Mill Valley, reported her mother had been ailing the previous day.
Mrs. Monson worked as a waitress in San Francisco. She was a native of Kansas.
Funeral arrangements were pending at the Chapel of the Hills.
