LLOYD C. WILSON
Lloyd C. Wilson of San Rafael, a Marin resident for about 30 years, died unexpectedly Wednesday at his home. He was 66.
Wilson was a native of Minnesota where he was raised and educated. He served in the Army during World War II and saw action in the European Theater.
Following the war, he moved to Washington state and then California. He moved to Marin about 1950.
He was a laborer for several local construction companies. He retired a few years ago.
He was a member of the Marin Rod and Gun Club. He was single.
He is survived by two brothers, Paul Wilson of Washington and Alvin Wilson of Chicago, and three sisters, Verna Langland and Helen Wilson, both of Salinas, and Ruby Smith of Washington.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael. Burial will be in Washington. The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
