DAVID G. WETTERLIND
A memorial service for David G. Wetterlind of Sausalito was held today in Minneapolis.
Wetterlind was killed in a plane crash in Napa County Friday. He was 35.
He was a native of Duluth, Minnesota and lived in the Midwest until moving to Marin in 1977.
He was construction manager for the Jim W. Wangenheim Co. which is involved in developments nationwide. Wetterlind was involved mainly in projects in resort areas such as Lake Tahoe and Sun Valley, Idaho.
He lived in Iowa before moving to Marin. He was an active sportsman and especially enjoyed sailing.
He is survived by his wife, Joanna Bradshaw of Sausalito; a stepdaughter, Shawnae Bradshaw; his parents, David and Doris Wetterlind of Minnesota; and a sister, Dorraine Wetterlind Bailey of Minnesota.
The family prefers memorial donations to the Courage Center in Minneapolis, Minn.
